The MarkUp website is looking blue.
A big improvement on the old version I think, especially because of the addition of the “All issues” page which enables you to quickly and easily download back issues.
The GMKing.org forums have also been simplified. And a new promotional banner has been released, which reminds me of something else….

YoYo’s five judges have announced the results of their $1750 winter competition. The panel was made up of Sandy Duncan, Mark Overmars, Jim, Michel and Clayts. A total of 236 games were uploaded covering a wide range of gameplay and of course quality.

It’s more deserving of the YoYo name than the GameMaker owners, it’s 64digits.
On the fourth the site was taken down because a member had found an exploit, again. Sadly it is now back online.

January is quite an interesting time of the year to look at the magazines. Both because of the possibility of the magazines introducing new features and changes, and because over the Christmas period there could have been either a torrent or lack of submissions depending on the particular contributers.

True or not? What do you think happened? Is he just plain lying, did he unintentionally get infected or is it a real false positive?
In theory, I think it’s possible that the virus scanner at YYG could be detecting false positives in games because in the past, Game Maker was used to make a virus.
