Apparently GameMaker Blog has been hacked. I wasn’t expecting this at all. It was quite a surprise to read about it.
Everything centers around one post “The Mark Overmars Suicide Cult” which appeared on GameMakerBlog late yesterday, posted by some one calling themselves ‘Jinxtengu’.

Following on from last months $75 tutorial writing competition, Calle Ekdahl’s GMTutorials.com is again running a contest. This time 3 domain names are up for grabs which will be awarded to 2 random tutorial submissions and one to the tutorial deemed the best.

YoYo Games have announced the details of their second Game Maker competition.
Prizes still total $1750 but this time the theme is ‘Ancient Civilisation’. I guess we can expect to see lots of Egyptian pyramids then…..
