GMC Registration Problems

Lovely, the GMC admins have just realised that an error in their almost-3-years-old script has prevented registrations for the past week or so. Not much has been happening recently, quite a disappointment really. Guess we are just waiting for YoYo to cause another controversy to kick things off. Oh, and GameMakerTech issue 11 should be out before the end of the week.


YoYoGames’ Forum o’doom

The one half-decent thing that the YoYoGames forums had going for them was the fact that members were not allowed signatures. Why you shouldn’t add a forum

Personally I think adding a forum to your website is one of the biggest mistakes you can make. Clone forums suck

A couple of days ago I came across an excellent article by GMC member and fellow British blogger and moaner Grego on the subject of clone forums.
