All websites occasionally suffer from a small amount of downtime YoYo Games being no exception. However earlier this weekend YoYoGames.com was unavailable to access for more than a day. The affected areas were the main site, wiki, glog and forum – the Game Maker Community (GMC) was unaffected as it is hosted elsewhere.
The site now appears to be back online and working but there are still some problems. New games and screenshots cannot be successfully uploaded and approximately 1,500 of the most recently added games no longer contain their screenshots.
There has [still] been no notice or acknowledgement of the downtime from YoYo Games.

Many recently uploaded games, as of this post, have lost their screenshots, two of mine included.

My game 32 II and VirusXVirus, don’t have screenshots too.
This includes my game Stick Wires 3.
I was uploading again the screenshots and it kept on showing errors.
whats going on with YYG?
It was probably just a coincidence, but when I was uploading an update to my game, the server went offline.
Would be nice to have an explanation to why the server went offline.

Its such a pain they go down and when YoYo comes back up my Avatar is gone and I can’t re-upload it(yet)…:(
