GMLive’s 10th Show

GMLive’s tenth live Game Maker radio show was hosted today and lasted half an hour. GMLive 9 and GMIndie Radio 21

Two Game Maker radio programmes were broadcast today.   The first was GMLive at 11am EST (4pm GMT)  which was followed five hours later by GMIndie Radio.  Although the two radio shows started off very different from each other when they first launched I believe that particularly since the start of the year they have been converging in the types of content they cover. GMLive Show 8 (Finally!) – Listen Again

The first attempt to revive last weeks GMLive resulted in little audible other than a chicken sound effect.  Finally a week, 2 hours and 14 minutes after the intended broadcast of their 8th show we heard a run down of three weeks Game Maker news from presenter Joshua Pedroza and producer Jonathan Martin. The show was about 32 minutes in length (excluding music) much shorter than any previously. eo opens up, GMLive show topics, FlashPunked

The elite invite-only eo game development community have today opened up some sections of their forum to none-members.  Webmaster Simon Donkers said that this change was in response to the static impression of the site previously available to the general public. GMLive have released the discussion topics for their rescheduled show this Saturday. Jack Brockley has created FlashPunked a blog about the new FlashPunk ActionScript library. GMLive cancelled today, Commercial Game Maker Games

Today’s episode of GMLive’s Game Maker radio show was cancelled 20 minutes into the broadcast.  Usual host Joshua Pedroza did not turn up until half an hour before the start of the show and that was after it had been found that the server used to stream the had crashed.   When the show did finally commence the audio quality was so poor that only a few words were distinguishable.  The next show (which usually lasts between Read more…

Joshua Pedroza and SnowCream hosted today’s slightly chaotic episode of Game Maker Live.  For the first time the show started late due to technical problems that occurred as usual producer Jonathan Martin was not involved in the broadcast.
