From a magazine to a blog. I think this is a good idea, although the technical implementation doesn’t impress me.

Ok its now wordpress, same url as before. Damn templates got all frucked up!

  2. Gamma6 says:

Ok fair enough. Im going to tamper with themes later.

I just think it is too dark. I think it is sorta ‘girly/gothic’ rather than more high tech, which I feel would suit a GM based site more.

Yeah, I remember seeing that style when I was looking through all the cool text things in GIMP. You could’ve customised it a bit. 🙂

  5. Gamma6 says:

Yeah I’ll look into it. 😛

  6. Broxter says:

That logo’s been made in GIMP! 😀 I wonder when Gamma6 will quit his blog.

  7. Gamma6 says:

(but seriously I suck at graphics)

  8. Gamma6 says:

Why is dark bad? The text is written on a light area. Also, whats wrong EXACTLY with the logo. I can change it..

  9. Danny says:

Not too impressed with the design or template that they are using. It’s way to dark and doesn’t seem to fit GM. And the logo is visually unimpressive.

Very good; it is my hope that this will be much better than his attempt at a magazine.

Hey tuntis – I finally got those comment forms under the posts. Hope its better for you. 🙂

It’s a novel approach, but the need for content and editing will be the same, since the magazine lacked some of those things, the blog probably will as well.
