GameMaker Blog is an independent source of news for users of YoYoGames‘ Game Maker 7.0 software and the GameMaker Community.
As well as news Game Maker Blog also features comments, opinions and discussions on various, often controversial, Gamemaker and YoYo Games related matters.
Previously this blog also featured reviews, gamemaker tutorials and examples. However there are a large number of sites that offer these now, so you would be better-off going to a dedicated source for each of these.

GameMaker Blog is managed by Philip Gamble a computing student from the UK who is a regular contributor to the MarkUp game development magazine.
tuntis, a Finnish student, is another regular blogger.
gamez93, UK, is the owner of the popular and rapidly improving GameMaker magazine GameMaker Tech where he manages a team of around 20 staff members.
Brad Triebwasser runs RevelGames and considers himself to be a good web designer. Brad is 15, lives in Canada and is currently learning C++.
Dan Eggers is leader of the GameMakerTV project in which he presents video reviews of GameMaker games and features interviews with prominent community members. Dan is 15 and from the United States.

I am not biased so whatever gets sent to me will get an fair review and my honest opinion. Obviously I might not be able to honour every request for a post but I will do my best to feature your product or service.

Yes, we get them. Because of the nature of this blog some people are offended when we give our true opinions or announce things they didn’t want everyone to know about. Everyone has a right of a reply. We would prefer you didn’t threaten us, but if you really must all legal or other threats to be made to Phil.
